Schneider Electric transforms its loyalty program into a network for professionals
In early 2018, Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management, launched its renewed platform targeting its loyal customers. The program, so far called "Contact +", has the new name mySchneider Awards. It already gives many more awards to the participants, but also provides the opportunity to access tools and information to facilitate their day-to-day work.
Since its launch in 2016, the most active participants have exchanged millions of accumulated points for hundreds of gifts - from working clothes or APC batteries to iPad tablets, tools and many more attractive prizes. In 2018, Schneider Electric added new features and capabilities. In addition, mySchneider Awards provides more business opportunities through news about current promotions and product information. The mySchneider Awards program can include companies that incorporate Schneider Electric's products into third-party electrical installations as well as end customers. The main group are electrical installers, but also panel and machine manufacturers, system integrators and commercial companies that qualify as a micro-enterprise. Points for winning a prize accrue on each purchase of a Schneider Electric product purchased from a partner distributor in the program.
