Official Statement by the Board of Directors of FILKAB AD

The Board of Directors of FILKAB AD hereby would like to inform its customers, contractors, and partners that the company Kukov & Co OOD is a competitor and customer of FILKAB AD and purchases goods and services from FILKAB AD but has not been authorized and has not been assigned to act as an intermediary/representative of FILKAB AD in its relations with its customers, contractors, and partners. Although the majority owner/manager of Kukov & Co OOD is a related party to a member of the Board of Directors and a shareholder of FILKAB AD, the two companies are fully autonomous, independent and unrelated legal entities that perform competitive activity. Any actions and attempts by different individuals and organizations to present the relations between FILKAB AD and Kukov and Co OOD in a different manner could only mislead the customers, contractors, and partners of FILKAB AD and thus harm the interests of the latter.

The Board of Directors of FILKAB AD would like to express its strong disagreement and disapproval of such actions, activities, conduct, and practices which constitute a gross violation of the generally accepted principles and understandings of good commercial practice. In so far as they cause damages to FILKAB AD and also represent an act or assistance to an act of distortion of competition, FILKAB AD will undertake all the appropriate actions and measures provided by the law to protect its rights and legitimate interests, respectively to hold responsible the individuals and organizations that perform or assist in the performance/realization of the respective actions, activities, and practices.
